How a site visit runs
Most campers ring us from the camp kitchen with a canopy flapping loose over the door. The first thing we do is get you safe: the awning comes down, the rail is sealed and the van is usable again, usually within a couple of hours of the call. Then we measure the roll-out span, the rail height and the fabric type, and quote a fixed price before anything is cut. Re-skins are made up from roll stock in the workshop off Moncur Street, so a standard 15ft vinyl is normally back on the van within two working days. Roller, arm and gearbox work is finished on the spot. We work around park quiet hours, park in the visitor bay rather than on your slab, and leave the site swept and the old fabric taken away with us. Every job is tested through three full roll-out and retract cycles with you standing there, and backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty.
